Home visits are only made if you are completely house-bound and are unable to leave home, or if your illness prevents you from coming to the practice. Please consider that a home visit takes more GP time than an appointment in the surgery, a GP is able to see 3 or 4 patient in surgery in the time it takes to complete one home visit.

If you are likely to need a home visit, please telephone the Surgery as early as possible, preferably before 11.00am.
