We are pleased to offer help and advice by telephone consultations. Just request this when phoning the surgery and you will be called back that day by one of the team.
A few examples of what we can help with over the phone are:
- medication questions, eg side effects, unsure how to take it, drug interactions
- test results
- advice on how you can help yourself to stay well or get better from common ailments
- hospital referral uncertainties and questions
We cannot deal with the following requests by phone:
- medication requests, please speak to your pharmacist or bring in repeat medication request slips to reception
- fit notes/ sick notes, please make a face to face appointment
