Do you have type 2 diabetes?
Diabetes and You is a course for anyone who has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It’s available in English and Somali, aswell as English and Urdu. It is run by NHS dietitians, diabetes specialists and health links workers.
English and Urdu course dates
- Course one: Tues 1st October 2024 AND Tues 8th October 2024, 9.30am-12.30pm
- Course two: Wed 5th March 2025 AND Wed 12th March 2025 9.30am-12.30pm
English and Somali course date
- Tues 5th Nov 2024 AND Tues 12th Nov 9.30am-12.30pm.
