Appointment Types
- Urgent
Call 999 if it is a life-threatening emergency.
Between 8am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday call the surgery on 0117 954 3060 for non life threatening emergencies and one of our doctors is always on call to help. If you feel the problem is urgent the receptionist will ask you a few questions to help us arrange the most appropriate course of action, this may then result in a doctor phoning you back, to give advice and offer you a same day appointment if clinically necessary.
GP surgery closed? Call 111 to speak to NHS professional staff who will help guide you on any medical issue.
- Routine
Routine appointments are available to be booked online, by phone and in person up to 3 weeks in advance.
- Telephone
If you feel your problem or query can be dealt with by phone, doctor, nurse and treatment room telephone appointments are available. Please note medication requests and sick notes can not be sorted in this way. See relevant sections.
- Extended Hours
We offer routine early morning and evening appointments for those patients who find it difficult to attend the routine surgeries during their normal working day.
