What is the Patient Participation Group?
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of people who are patients at Lawrence Hill Health Centre and want to help it work as well as it can for patients, doctors and staff. The NHS requires every practice to have a PPG.
We hold a PPG meeting once every three months, which is an opportunity for patients to give us feedback and work with us to improve our service now and in the future.
Join our Patient Participation Group
All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
Anyone is welcome to attend these meetings and we also encourage people who can’t attend to submit their comments online by emailing lawrencehillhc@nhs.net. These will be discussed at the meeting.
