We are thrilled to announce the launch of Mindful Movement Class!
Starting on Tuesday 14th May, from 10:00am-11:30am, we will be hosting weekly gentle yoga-based sessions in our Health Promotion Room. Led by yoga instructor Anna Raven, these sessions are tailored to be ultra-gentle, centred around deep breathing techniques while weaving in postures and movement throughout.
The sessions can be done either seated or mat-based, making it suitable for all levels of fitness and mobility. After each session, we invite members to join us for tea and coffee in the garden to socialise and connect as a group.
We are initially offering these sessions as drop-in to gauge numbers and interest. This is ideal class for anyone who might want to improve their fitness, manage stress or simply connect with others.
